When you call Trident Computers with your computer problem we will try to diagnose the fault over the phone at no cost to you and in terms that you understand. We may be able to solve your problem remotely or we can make an appointment to make an onsite visit.

After we have diagnosed the problem we will inform you of what costs are involved to repair or upgrade your system. If you would like us to carry out the work, only after the work is completed will you be charged the agreed price.
